Emergency Technology, Inc. (dba SoundOff Signal) is a supplier whose continued operation is necessary to enable, support, or facilitate the work of four of the five critical emergency segments outlined by the federal government. Due to the recent Executive Order 2020-21 in Michigan and other recent restrictions other states have put in motion in an attempt to mitigate the impacts of COVID-19, the SoundOff Signal Police, Fire & Emergency (F&E) Segment is limiting its operations to those necessary to support these areas of critical infrastructure.
SoundOff will remain open at time to fulfill your orders for critical infrastructure projects. Our dedicated staff is available to support your critical operations. We are working with our suppliers to attempt to maintain our supply chain as well.
While we intend to serve your critical infrastructure needs, we have made appropriate changes to our operational methods to minimize the potential for the spread of the virus amongst our staff, supply partners and customers to the greatest extent possible. In that effort, we have requested that our sales team not travel to our customers during this period. Our sales support staff will continue to be there when you need us.
While our hearts and minds are troubled by these events and the impact they are having on all aspects of society, knowing we are filling a critical role in this uncertain time does provide some solace.
