Dear Mackinac Trip Goers,
Just five weeks until the sales incentive trip! On our final night on the island, we will have a special awards dinner and need to know you and your guest’s entrée choices.
Please choose from the following choices via the form below.
Coriander Dusted Half Chicken – Farro, Wilted Spinach, Sweet Pepper Coulis
Honey Duck Breast – Michigan Honey, Roasted Sweet Potato, Spinach, Pearl Onions, Natural Jus
Straits of Mackinac Trout – Farro, Arugula, Charred Cherry Tomato, Black Garlic Sauce
Beef Tournedos – Prime Beef, Whipped Parsnip, Broccolini, Arugula, Charred Sweet Peppers, Sauce Foyot
If you would kindly return this request no later than Friday, May 28th, we will make sure that the chef has your dinner entrée wonderfully prepared just for you.
